All of the staff at Brookdale were excellent and gave us such a warm welcome we felt that we were part of their family right away. Everything was extremely high quality from the friendliness to the cleanliness to the quality of care to the activities. The kindness and compassion of all the caregiver staff was incredible, especially the head nurse [Name Removed]. My wife, who requires considerable physical care as well as cognitive has developed a close relationship with her care givers far beyond what we experienced elsewhere in terms of both depth and consistency. Many of the staff have been there for years. They have been trained well on the latest strategies for managing clients with cognitive problems. The leadership is always available and solves problems quickly and efficiency. New staff choices have been remarkably astute. This community is a jewel.
