PositiveRelieved to know my mom is being taken care of
Overall experience has been very good. Early on there was a problem with Mom not getting the 2 showers a week that we pay extra for her to get help taking. The director took care of it and credited us for the shower fee for 1 month.The staff has been excellent! Very good dealing with my Mom. She can be a little difficult at times. I would highly highly recommend! My mother passed away in August, but she received absolutely phenomenal care right up until her very last day! The staff are so wonderful and attentive. I can't imagine having had her in any better place over the last two years of her life! We picked this community because of the size, atmosphere, and proximity to our home

The care staff is short handed at times, however they are always friendly and caring. The office staff is always available by phone or email. If there is one criticism, transportation to doctors appointments etc. are limited and fall back on outside transportation.

PositiveAmazing staff, amazing activities director and a very HANDS ON director of the facility
Well she was there for 15 months but I built a new home at the beach in Orange Beach Al and she moved with us. therapist level of care and compassion was amazing. the director of the entire facility was always rolling up her sleeves any shift any time and day and was always there. That was mind blowing to me. It truly is like a building of family.
