Quality of care is good, available activities are good, food was great but they've changed chefs, so now it's declined. The facility is clean and well maintained - it's great. The apartment is very spacious and bright. Perfect for a couple.

It was very attractive & homey, however, the dinning room was not very nice. The care was c -plus. The outside was very nice, had a lovely porch. The rooms were quite nice. As a memory care facility , it's better than most.

sale pitch seemed too pushy. if i wanted a "discount" i had only a few days to commit. I felt like i was pushed to make a decision too quickly. My mom was evaluated and lived in the assisted living facility for only 3 weeks before being sent to memory care which then increased her monthly bill from [Amount Removed] to [Amount Removed]. The activities fee is ridiculously expensive and my mom didn't get to do any of the activities. She was sent out to the hospital many times and the last time was for "non compliance"…

CriticalDon’t do it!
This place was horrible. The residents were walking around with dirty depends. Laundry was always missing. Residents were sleeping in other residents beds. Nothing we were asking them to do actually got done. They severely lack enough staff and the ones that are there don’t want to be. It was a nightmare! If you are considering this place for a loved one…please don’t do it!

Good: They have a lot of activities and keep my aunt involved - even if she isn't sure about it. They make sure she isn't sitting in her room all day. The place is very clean. And the food is good. Improve: They are not always responsive. Both to my aunt and also when I call. It is very difficult to get ahold of someone. I usually get voicemail and don't get a call back. The initial billing process was a nightmare. It's been 4 months and it is still not right. We were being incorrectly billed and it still isn't st…
