I know that my sister who is a resident there is not very pleased with the quality of the lunch and dinner food choices and the quality of the food. Also, she said the laundry service is not consistent. My other sister has been washing my sister's clothes on occasions. Also, my sister says she thinks there is not enough caregivers on staff because she has to wait too long for a response when requesting service. Bamboozled

Don't send anyone there I've removed my mother from that facility. The first two weeks were great but after that down hill , 1 they allowed her medicine to run out and they took almost 2 weeks to replenish the meds also my mother was there 3 months before having a shower they told me she refused a shower which was not true, the package we had someone was supposed to come assist her going to the bathroom and there was a lot of times she notified them she had to use the bathroom and it took them an hour to come to he…

Very nice facility, people are very professional in their handling of the residents. The food service is very good. Noone looks like the in the need nourishment.

My father really likes the food and I no longer have to worry whether or not he is eating adequately. It is very clean and smells good. They are short staffed and it takes a long time for my father to get help getting in and out of bed.

The greatest assets for Brookdale include: 1. The rooms are fabulous 2. The food is excellent 3. The staff is kind 4. The billing department is responsive The concerns are: 1. Clarifying what is standard versus which services are an added expense by the nursing staff. This inconsistency creates unnecessary billing challenges.
