The community is designed from top to bottom with residents’ comfort and accessibility in mind. It includes a beauty/barbershop, a therapy room, a lovely garden and courtyard, as well as other inviting areas. The large balcony — a favorite gathering place — is filled with vivacious house plants cared for by the residents. If the spiral staircase to the balcony is difficult to navigate, there are two easy-to-use elevators on each side of the building.
