PositiveThe place you're hoping to find to take care of a family member
Polite, inviting, informative, asking questions about what I was looking for and getting a sense of what they could offer to help them settle in easier. Spacious, natural light, clean surroundings. Friendly staff. Provide activity to encourage residents to interact. I was impressed that the Director knew her residents names as we toured the facility. More than just money coming in, people to be respected.

Food were great residents were great kitchen help was fantastic. Couple of caregivers were wonderful. The rest didn't do much. My father was left for five weeks in his room. When I was out of town they didn't bathe him. They didn't shave him. They didn't take care of them after promising me that they would. They didn't wash his clothes and change his bed. CriticalThe place and rooms were beautiful, but the strange thing was that we didn’t see much staff. Not only didn’t we see any residents around, but also no staff, like an eerie ghost town. Something was off about this place.

PositiveThe place is perfect for my aunt and her needs, our issue is that she’ll run out of money in two years and if she’s still alive we’d have to move her to a Medicaid facility. We haven’t made any final decisions yet but are thinking our best bet would be to go where they will take the Medicaid waiver. The facility is beautiful And homey though and the residents all looked happy.

The facility is beautiful and always clean. Every time I go to see my Aunt, she is clean, smells nice, and dressed in clean clothing, which is something we weren't seeing in her previous place. The Care Partners are amazing! They are so attentive to the people living there and very friendly to family. They have taken time to sit with me and gather information about my Aunt, so they can get to know her and provide her with the best care possible.
