★★★★★
PositiveIt is one of the approved facilities in Fayetteville for Genworth, a company of long term care insurance, and it is slightly less expensive than the other approved facility. The memory care wing is rather small and intimate. It has a sunroom that my husband enjoyed sitting in.
★★★★★
PositiveThey treat residents like their family. They have years of experience and know what most people deal with in the transition to assisted living
★★★★★
PositiveIt definitely felt more comfortable and inviting. The multiple activities each day and the engagement of the residents by the staff make the transition much easier. The people that work actually care about the residents
★★★★★
Positive4.5 We have had a few little issues, but over all it has been great. Yes, I would recommend Brookstone Assisted Living community to other families based on the experience so far.
★★★★★
PositiveI'd say it was a caring place at all levels - very responsive to individual needs. In our case I think laundry 2x a week (or more) would have been better. Maybe present cost options for laundry if more needed each week. This was primarily because [name removed] was incontinent.
★★★★★
PositiveThis facility is quite nice and I heard many good things from the other residents and their families. The ONLY complaint I have is that within the first 3 days my dad was there his dentures went missing. We were never able to locate them, so he had no teeth for the 3 weeks he was there before he went into hospice.
