Clear Creek

We went on a tour Friday morning: Clear Creek - nice facility, very clean/well kept, staff was friendly, residents looked cared for, grounds are well maintained, the facility has a lot of potential. Being the place we toured, It set a good bar.

Peace of Mind During a Difficult Journey

My overall experience with Clear Creek has been very good. The staff is there for the families as much as they are for the residents, and that has been a huge benefit since it's emotional to watch your parent suffer through the disease of dementia. It can definitely be a roller coaster and they are always there for you, and them. They have a wonderful, supportive and caring staff across the board. They have all kinds of activities all day long, and a lot of musical and other fun activities for the families to enjoy…

Be careful to review your loved ones food and care - food is below average for the price of care which essentially is being paid to lock residents in - hard to get outside to courtyard - my mom found pills on the floor in hallway - better places available !

All the staff is friendly and accommodating. The only downside is that I feel it needs painted and spruced up a bit.

The lady in charge of activities is so engaging. She definitely encourages people there to come out of their rooms & participate in fun activities. I also really love the administrators there. They show they care, and they went to great lengths to assist our family with the transition from home to the facility.

Very caring and supportive staff, for everyone!

All of the staff and directors have been amazing! They're very supportive, caring, and do a fantastic job. I've got some very close relationships with my Dad’s nurses, and several of the directors. All of them are there to help me in any way, and they take very good care of my father. It's been a pure blessing for my family.
