Criticalthere is only manager on site arttime (usually 3days) and no maintenance on site. 21 yr old carpet is duck taped on main floor. Side doors do not open automatically with button for access by handicapped taking trash out. Still reports of gnats on third floor and bats in attic never addressed. No amenities or social connections
