★★★★★
PositiveMy mother has been in Burcham for almost 2 years in memory care. Great care! My father has been in 4 areas of Burcham in the last 6 months. The staff have made his transitions painless and as easy as possible. They are all very active in caring for your loved ones! Great at resolving issues and quick responses.
★★★★★
PositiveBurcham Hills is a beautiful care community. The staff is kind and friendly, the community is clean, and smells fresh. The room are spacious and homey. I would recommend Burcham Hills to family and friends.
★★★★★
Positive5 for everything. My parents love everything!! The food is wonderful, my mom made great progress with physical therapy, they are making friends, the doctor came right to my mom's room today to treat her for a UTI, the pharmacy is in house so they don't have to go out to pick up prescriptions, and they've used the ride service before my mom was able to start driving again. My parents will be moving to a 2 bedroom apartment soon. They are excited about that. My mom started exercise classes last week. The staff is so…

PositiveWe got a good tour, and what we're looking for is a place where my wife's parents are able to be together, in a case where her father is much closer to nursing care, and her mom needs assisted living. So larger rooms where they can be together are great, as well as the presence of nursing care under the same roof is great. It's also in their extended community and close to Lansing medical care. We looked at the PT area, a workout room, an example of a double room, the cafeteria, and more.
★★★★★
CriticalWe toured Burcham Hills during our search for an Assisted Living facility for our loved one. The electronic sign-in process was hard for my mom and she would have to do it with every visit. It was also the least accommodating with my loved one's wish to continue administering her own medication and by far had the worst smell of all of the facilities that we toured in the area.
★★★★★
PositiveLike a lot of facilities, Burcham Hills had some trouble with their staffing levels. However one of the best things about this community was our loved ones room - it was wonderful with really big windows that brought in a lot of natural light. It was very enjoyable to be in as well as visit.
