Calder Woods in Beaumont TX had transportation from 9-3 every day for all kinds of appointments. CW took a bus to grocery stores two days a week. Business office offered stamps for sale, would weigh your packages and the front desk would give them to postman, would make copies and fax documents for residents. CW also offered laundry services for your linens each week and delivered them to your door clean.

Safety is an important factor. Gated parking for residents, always have someone at the reception desk or security person at night. Staff is great about helping with anything you ask them to do. If they can't help, they will put you in contact with someone that can help.

CriticalI was very disappointed with how the rooms looked, they needed A LOT of updating. The guy who we spoke with here was not personable at all, it was just overall not a good experience. There was an incident on the news not long ago about this facility too. If I knew then what I know now, I would just keep my loved one at home.
