Corporate came in a fired a bunch of staff. We were told there was an RN on staff which was a lie.

Our family's experience

Very well pleased with everything except I am still waiting on a copy of the contract and no response on phone calls text messages and emails on information I need to submit to the Veterans Administration. A+ on all daily care.

The staff made me feel very welcome. Cambridge Gardens was in a quiet location and the suites were bright and located on one floor. Pets are welcome with some restrictions. There are many amenities such as grocery stores, banks and eateries in close proximity.

Highly Recommended Facility for Your Loved One

Awesome facility! Highly recommend! Staff go out of their way to assist and make your loved ones feel comfortable. The activities keep the residents safe and active. Staff recognize you when you walk through the door and are there to assist. An example is when I was bringing my mother back from the doctor. Staff came out and helped me get her into her wheelchair and took her directly to her room, which allowed me to get her things from the car and park the car. I highly recommend this facility. RATING: 2 REASONS: A. Lack of Security B. Turnover of personnel and lack of consistent cleanliness of resident and room. C. Cambridge has been out of Air Conditioning for practically the whole summer and from what we have been informed the same problem existed last year. Being without air conditioning in making sure the bldg. Is cool for the residents is a priority. The kitchen and dining areas are Very Hot. D. Great place for my mom

Cambridge Gardens has been such a blessing for our family. My mom loves the food and socializing during meal times. The hairdresser, [name removed] is so great with her and all the residents. She loves to attend “Happy Hour” on Fridays with [name removed]. She wasn’t very social before she moved on but now when we visit she is always involved in activity or sitting with friends. Very quaint and homey community. Thank you for what you do!!
