Community Services and Amenities On campus, our staff does everything they can to help ensure the needs and preferences of each resident is individually accommodated. Our staff are available 24 hours a day and are specially trained in Alzheimer’s and dementia care. Professional nurses are also available throughout the day and administer hourly safety checks, assistance with medications, monitoring of blood pressure and vital signs, and other health care needs. Residents can enjoy three meals provided daily, specially prepared in consideration of health, cultural, and religious preferences. We love to keep everyone at Fair Oaks engaged with a variety of programs and activities coordinated daily. Whether it’s light exercise or playing a game of cards, we make the most of the day with a variety of recreational activities. PositiveOur experience
I have no other facility to compare them to. A positive feature of Arden is their 4 communities. During the first few weeks I expressed some concerns and they moved my wife to another section and addressed the issues. The food is great, customized and very healthy. Staff is experienced and very patient with all levels of residents. They recently upgraded their activities programs and received more participation by residents. Rooms and facilities are clean and well maintained.

My cousin is living at Arden Courts of Fair Oaks. Every time I come to see her she is well put together and seems very content. I have gotten familiar with the caregivers, and they let me know how she has been doing. The community is clean and does not have a smell. The staff all greet you with a "hello" and a smile.

I have visited my sister twice since she has been a resident at Arden Courts Fair Oaks. Both times I travelled down on a Thursday and back on a Sunday, so I was able to visit her for about 3 hours on Thursday and 9-10 hours on Friday and Saturday. I was very impressed with the staff and loved the residents, as well. The neighborhood set up is adorable and so manageable for staff. I have been to many Assisted Living and Memory Care communities as part of my job. Arden Courts Fair Oaks is definitely one of the best. The residents are clean and well taken care of by patient friendly staff. The activities run throughout the day, and they have a beautiful outdoor area. The food looks and smells very good, and the residents seem to love it.
