Not What It Appears - AVOID!!!!

The building is new & very pretty, don't let the appearance of the facility fool you. Our experience was horrendous and I'm still left feeling immense guilt for what my family member went through in 2024. Everything they promised in our tours & meetings prior to moving in was absolutely misleading & not our actual experience. The move in process was sloppy beyond measure, which lead to my family member being able to escape immediately with no assistance from them, none whatsoever. I witnessed many escaping the faci…

1.Overall experience. Overall I think it was good. Some things I didn't care for but I imagine that's going to happen everywhere. It's a tough job. Nice on the outside. And that’s it.

My mother was at Cambridge for just over one year. It’s a new, nice facility. The staff and incredibly kind, caring, and well-intentioned. She loved many of them. Unfortunately, 90% of the staff are severely undertrained in all aspects of elderly care, to no fault of their own. There was often a complete inability to contact your loved one using their phone system. It rings without answer 9 times out of 10.
