We've had a terrific experience with Camellia so far. Why? We had questions about procedures that were included in the resident handbook. However, we didn't receive one until several weeks after move-in. This would have been super beneficial from the start! Staff - Outstanding!! Food - Okay. Very pretty place inside and outside with a friendly staff. Our tour guide [name removed] was very friendly and helpful. The units are beautiful.

I toured the one bedroom condo and thought it was perfect for me. Plenty of space for storage, good size rooms, and all utilities included. The dining was inviting and plenty of tables. The best part was the number of activities available with a wide variety of options. Pets are welcomed which pleased me. The residents I met were friendly and welcomed me with open arms.

Many +++ About Camellia

Great place for Independent living, fairly self sufficient and good mobility assisted living or with means for additional private care. Cant speak for memory care. The staff will do only what they have to do for the most part but not sure that's any different than anywhere else. It is expensive but again, they all are. Read your Level of Care contract well and find out that level before signing. The ED is very fair. If it was necessary to get her involved, she took care of the problem. The Camillia is bright, clean and really beautiful. The rooms are spacious and bright. It is only about 15 years old, so looks newer and brighter than other places we have toured. Great location, close to shopping and other restaurants when you want to go off-campus. [name removed], who gave us the tour, is a fabulously bright, happy person and just a joy to be around.
