★★★★★
PositiveWe had very pleasant tour of the facility and great presentation by staff. We are considering options and have my mom’s long term care insurance provider completing qualifying steps for the facility and one other. Weighing all options and praying to make the best decision for my mom. We will reach out if we decide to take her over for a visit and further consideration. Thank you.

PositiveGetting moved in and settled was pretty seamless. The Welcome Crew on the first official day of living there was awesome and having an ambassador assigned for learning the ropes and to answer questions was really appreciated. Food was good. Enjoyed the bingo, and chair aerobics activities.

CriticalThe staff initially did not communicate well. After a few meetings with the leadership, it did improve. The after hours (evening staff) staff care is terrible. They are supposed to check on my sister every two hours. They did not do this even after we brought it to the attention of the Manager. The staff was also coming into my sister's room and taking her depends and wipes. They are definitely not customer focused.
★★★★★
PositiveThe facility is beautifully constructed and the staff warm and welcoming. My tour of the memory unit was enlightening. The rooms were constructed for only the necessities. The room that I visited had a camera system of some sort which was a nice touch for 24 hour observation.

I will say they still need to get a better time frame with how long the residents have to wait to be served. Sometimes they are sitting at the dining tables for a good 20-30 minutes before the foo…

CriticalIn [Date Removed], I was told that my Mom, Rosalyn Brunkow, was going to have a great time there in Memory Care. The first week, she had peed through her clothes and her hair was greasy. I stayed for Supper, which was always disgusting, and her food was chopped up and asked why and they said that it was on her sheet. I went different times of the day. The Staff was always on their personal phones and when I questioned they would get mad and stay away. They would make the residents watch Madea? There were times when…
