★★★★★
PositiveThe atmosphere is very relaxed and almost all of the residents are friendly and amiable. The backyard area is very nice and the food and the dining experience are very good. A notable exception is that they provide brunch at 11, but no breakfast, only two meals a day.

PositiveCampus Commons is a very nice place. Though older, it is right on the American River with views from the 3rd floor. They have a lot of activities and weekly outings. Friday is happy hour with live music and wine. It is centrally located near the University and lots of restaurants and amenities. The chef puts on incredible holiday events. The people are very nice and friendly. I also believe it is a very reasonably priced.

★★★★★
PositiveThe food portions need to be larger but yes we would recommend Campus Commons to other families based on the experience so far.

There’s a grocery store and a CVS right across the street. Groceries can be delivered. But you don’t need to buy groceries too much because meals are provided. They just hired a new chef and I am impressed with the food. It was really good. The people living here Are wonderful! They look out for each other and I really like that. They have a lot of activities to do and they e…
