The staff is happy to provide assistance with daily living activities, medication, and other personal needs. The extra-wide hallways prevent wandering, shadow boxes are placed outside of each resident’s door to display their personal story, and historical surprises are hidden throughout to help stimulate memories. They currently offer shared and private suites fully furnished with charming antiques and familiar decor. Each suite provides easy access to pull cords and call panels to help ensure resident safety. Additionally, the community is fully equipped with an advanced security system and window sensors to maximize security. Care Types Offered Canyon Creek is an assisted living facility that provides Category A, B, and C care. In the state of Montana, these terms are defined as follows: Assisted Living Facility Facilities that are a congregate residential setting that provides personal care, 24-hour supervision and assistance, and activities and health-related services. There are three categories of assisted living in Montana that allow facilities to provide different types of care: Category A: The facility is licensed to provide personal care, supervision, medical administration, and other non-skilled nursing care. Category B: The facility is licensed to provide skilled nursing care to residents who require such services. Category C: The facility is licensed to provide care and supervision to residents with severe cognitive impairments such as Alzheimer's or dementia.
