What we like the most about the community is that the staff was friendly and available for any questions and concerns. Yes, we would recommend Care Partners Assisted Living and Memory Care to other families based on the experience.

CriticalNeeds Improvement
One issue, I have encountered is reaching someone after hours, which can be difficult. They should offer services without being asked. one time, my loved ones laundry was not put away for a week or so, and was just sitting in the basket. There needs to be more communication between the different shifts, which would be nice. Overall, not being able to reach anyone in the evening, is my only concern. The phone just rings and rings, and there is no answering machine.

I would not recommend the community to others. The food is of poor quality and options are limited. There is a lot of canned vegetables, and not enough healthy options. The manager isn't around to speak with if you have questions or concerns about your loved one.

I have been very pleased with Care Partners Assisted Living and Memory Care. We chose this facility because I was in a time crunch and they were very accommodating and receptive to our needs. The room sizes here are very spacious, more than enough room for him. The bathrooms are nice size, wheelchair friendly. They have not had any cases of covid, residents or staff so they are very diligent with their protocols. I would highly recommend them.
