CriticalWorst place ever
The staff and managers don’t communicate. Staff are not caring and don’t talk to residents. Call buttons were hidden and residents are at risk because calls for help are not answered resulting in injuries. Meals are crap & not home made. They are out of a box. They don’t provide any of the activities they advertise. I can’t by any means recommend this place. Even staff leave because they are overworked and don’t like the care provided. They don't follow through with what they said they will do. Showers are at their convenience. They don't have enough staff and some of the staff that is working are on their personal phones. I am of course not speaking about all of the staff because a few of them try to do whatever they can for the residents. It's sad that the bad out ways the good.
