Caretel in Brighton has a great rehab program. When we moved her in it was horrible. Over [Amount removed]month small room. Dialysis 3x a week with Letts picking up and stopping off. They would not let them go to front door, she had to use service door by kitchen. She was in a wheelchair. Hard to open door, it was winter so could not wait outside. Driver came a couple times, she could hear at door but no one helped so they left. Had to leave work and drive half hour to take her and mess up dialysis appt. MIL had b…

Could be cleaner, entrances, smells, don't remind my mom of activities and she can't remember when they are and/or doesn't know how to get to some of the other halls and I have to go there all the time to take her.

Staffers are wonderful, caring, patient, and supportive. There have been a few challenges, but it is a really good facility with a lot of activities.

I am grateful for the exceptional care provided—I feel truly at ease leaving my loved one here. The staff is compassionate, and it’s clear they genuinely love helping people. The facility has a warm, welcoming atmosphere that feels just like home. I also appreciated the support I received before move-in; the advisor took the time to understand our family’s needs and patiently answered all our questions. Thank you!

This is a wonderful community that truly prioritizes the well-being of the residents. The team goes above and beyond to create a home where residents feel valued and supported. I highly recommend to anyone looking for supportive and vibrant assisted living community.

Caretel Inns is great! If you're looking for a continuum of care and/or just a short rehab stay, this is the place to be. They offer not only all your senior living options, but great customer service, knowledgeable care, and clean facilities! 10/10 highly recommend!
