They only shower my dad twice a week. I had to complete paperwork twice as they could not locate the first batch. They are responsive when I bring up concerns. The facility is beautiful and very clean I would recommend them as they are responsive. The care staff is very friendly. My dad just required a lot of care.

PositiveOur experience and observations.
I can only speak to my experience and observations for a five week period. The kitchen prepared really decent meals. I believe they were understaffed for caregivers in the memory care wing. Only one caregiver during the day for the entire wing. The room was sparsely furnished. A bed, one chair and a chest of drawers. It was clean though. The housekeeper was very, very thorough.

I feel the care team does a great job monitoring the patients and their medication. Dr [name removed] Who comes every Thursday is great with my mother-in-law. When we've reached out for questions or help his staff gets back with us right away. I also feel the staff as a whole has a good vibe and they make it feel like family there.

We would give them a five. They're very friendly over there and very attentive. Honestly, we couldn't be happier. We definitely recommend them. My wife's elderly parents are still alive, and if they need assisted living, that is where they will be heading. On a side note, the Hampton Manor is very clean. We're impressed every time we step in there. I know I sound like a commercial for them, but we are thrilled my dad is there.

Hampton Manor of Brighton, everyone I encountered was very friendly and seemed eager to help. Everything was clean. The staffing level in the memory unit, in my opinion, was inadequate. Having been a full time caregiver for my wife, I know how much work it is. Even though they met standards for caregivers per resident, from the perspective of residents there was not the personal attention the residents require for living the best possible. Many of the caregivers in the memory unit did not speak English as a first …
