CriticalPlease do NOT take your loved one to this facility, The staff is uneducated and lazy. They don't provide proper care at ALL. Please also don't mistake a CARMEL address for being of great quality and care as it IS NOT!!! This facility should be shut down.

CriticalMy first impression was they really try to make it seem that the care will be topnotch , I watched the staff slowly disappear in a matter of weeks. From the Billing office to the HR to the Memory Care Director and several CNA's !! CriticalWe brought our mother here after much deliberation. We are aware of the past issues within Carmel Care. However, the newer Memory Care Unit has been a very pleasant surprise! PositiveI have had a loved one in 2 of the 4 Cardon Facilities in Hamilton Co. I can say Carmel health and Living has the most private Medicaid rooms in the county. They are spacious and very accommodating.

I live at Carmel Health and Living, and I could tell stories that would raise the hair on your neck. The food is terrible, they are insufficiently staffed, and management doesn't care.
