Meals - They have trouble keeping kitchen staff, and sometimes supply issues, but they have done their best to make sure to offer interesting and changing selections every day, which is excellent. It’s a lovely community. They offer many opportunities to interact. The unfortunately their dining has suffered and the result is inconsistency and unreliability.

Better than advertised

My loved one is a resident at Carnegie Heights at Henderson and everything has been great. This facility is terrific! My loved one moved in and has been so pleased with everything ever since. It's a great place. I would absolutely recommend this facility to family and friends.

Overall good community

Overall, and in general, the facilities are top-notch, the food is excellent, and the people are very nice and accommodating. We have not had nothing but excellent relationships with the people there and I would recommend it highly. My only recommendation is that they incorporate more activities for a wider spectrum of people

This community was nice but there was another community that we felt worked better for my loved one over all. The tour was great and they gave me all of the information that I needed and I was able to see everything that I needed.

I am so happy with my experience at Carnegie Heights. I have been here a few months and have had no complaints at all. The staff is outstanding and go out of their way to remember you and what your likes are. The food is outstanding we have a restaurant with a variety on the menu. I would recommend to others looking.
