The apartment is neat and compact. Very easy for her to navigate.

My Mom loves the place including the food. The services are great and everyone is so nice. The bathroom are excellent and easy for her to use. The landscaping is always nicely groomed. The rooms are all made to be very efficient.

Carolina Care Retirement Community is very clean and maintained. A great value for the price. The other nearby residents are friendly and quiet. The staff has been very helpful from the time we requested information through now. The housekeeping staff is efficient, dependable and trustworthy. We've had friends over there, I just didn't feel that it was the facility that could encourage my mother even though they do accept a certain number of Medicaid beds, but I felt better at another place. It was nothing against Carolina, as a matter of fact, the staff ratios were probably about 2 or 4 for 6 or 8, but the way the staff presented themselves looking back on it on the basis of "is this a front or is this real?" I got a better feeling elsewhere.
