Our Family's Experience

What is most memorable was the time when a water main broke over her bed while she was in it--spilled all manner of water and grime all over her bed. She was attended to quickly and moved to the rooms they "show" to potential residents. During the repair time (2 or 3 weeks) a few of her things went missing and her bed was not replaced--even though it had been soaked. On two other occasions, I discovered someone else's bedsheets on her bed. Unacceptable. I remade her bed myself both times. I'm lukewarm on Heather …

A place like family

I would recommend it for a family style type of living. I liked it because it was small and similar to how my mom's personality is. I really like the staff

Experience at Heather Glen

My loved one was previously a resident at Heather Glen Assisted Living and it was not a good experience. I pulled my loved one out of this facility. There was not good communication between staff and supervisors on different shifts.

Caring staff

The staff at Heather Glen Assisted Living are great and the residents here get great care. I would definitely recommend this facility to others.

We had a good tour experience, but the facility itself felt very institutional to us.

Excellent Care

This community allowed my friend to move into a place that was as close to home as it could be. The staff love on her with loving arms and are very personable and easy to talk to if there are any issues. If anything needs to be corrected they take immediate steps to correct the issue.
