CriticalHarris Manor is a joke and they really don't care about their residents like they should. The management is horrible and they poke and prod at their residents like they were a bunch of animals in a zoo. The purposely set their residents off to see a response and hold your mail for days before it gets back to the residents. You can also ask them a question about something and they will just give the residents excuses and will not give them a straight answer.
