Wonderful place for seniors

The facility is always clean. Great options for meals. The staff is helpful and kind and know the residents on a first name basis. There have been some delayed response times when resident needs assistance, but overall it is a fabulous facility! Definitely up scale and a wonderful place for seniors.

Wonderful facility excelling in all areas

My Dad was at Cedarhurst for a 2 week respite stay. Susan goes above and beyond in every area, not just sales. My dad made it a point to seek her out every day he was there to say hi. The facility is so clean and inviting. The activity schedule is extensive to appeal to everyone. Dining works well and my dad enjoyed the food and the staff were very good in helping him make his choices. It's a nice facility and they should tour it to see for themselves. The staff is very nice and helpful.

Good care overall

Her only complaints have been that the activities are sometimes canceled, move to a different room or the time changed. The other complaint is that some meds are not given per the instructions like directions say 1/2 hour before meal but are given while she is eating frequently. Only complaint here is that it is pricey but she does get good care overall.

Safe Caring place for mom. Piece of mind for us.

Cedarhurst (Memory Care)has worked well with us & mom to navigate her various health needs. Staff are friendly and supportive. Facilities are clean and nice. When we’ve eaten there the food was good. Daily Activities both physical & mental that mom seems to enjoy. Overall experience has been wonderful. We get a piece of mind knowing mom is in a safe, caring place. Recommend without Reservation

My aunt didn't tend to participate in the activities. We so appreciated the excellent care they took of our aunt. And they were very good at keeping us updated as her situation changed. The medical director, [name removed], is a gem! I should have also mentioned the excellent communal spaces at Cedarhurst. My aunt had always given a family party on New Year's Eve, and we were able to use the Four Seasons Room to allow her to host one more time! That was a real gift to our whole family!
