My loved one really likes her daily care staff. I've had terrible interactions with the executive director. I refuse to interact with her. Unprofessional, deceitful and downright lack of regard for care environment and issues resident and families are dealing with at this stage of life. And she's just mean.

PositiveI found a very nice two bedroom apartment with private fenced in patio (for my kitty!) right at base of Pilot Butte ; met some of the wonderful staff who made me feel at home. Great amenities. I look forward to the move.

There are nice outdoor areas for residents. Pilot Butte is very close for those who wish to go further afield.

I give you a 5 for all the wonderful support from your service. My sister [name removed] is the one who lives there. She loves the staff and says the food is great. She had a great time on Halloween. They had the kids come to their tables at dinner so the clients could hand out candy to the little ones.
