PositiveThe Point at Cascade is on Point! Surely recommend!
Staff at the Cascade, the Point are kind, helpful and observant. They never hesitate to contact me if they have a concern about my uncle. The size of his room and shared bathroom are large but very comfortable and sufficient. Over all I am please with their care.

Staff very friendly, but right now short staffed. Facility waiting for new activities director to start. Mom loves the games they do, especially Bingo. She usually loves the food that is served. She's commented on the beautiful Christmas lights they can see through the huge windows while they eat. Facility is open, bright & cheerful. She has also enjoyed a day trip planned for residents. Hopefully more of those when activities director starts.

Very kind, friendly staff. the residents are happy and have a period of activities to do. The dining room is especially great as it is managed restaurant style. Helps them feel that they are out to eat instead of in the building. Beautiful rooms, very attentive staff.

The ONLY comment at this time I could make of how it could have been a smoother transition is: there were many topics that were not discussed during the meetings of whether this facility would be a good fit, to the actual signing of the contract to move mom in. This is my first experience in moving a loved one to an assisted living environment and was not aware of all the topics that should have been discussed. I do feel, since they are in the profession, that more information could have been gone through before th…
