Housekeeping was not regular. At a couple of times I waited three weeks for housekeeper to come to clean my cottage. Staff (kitchen and aides were friendly. ) activities at Point were good. The Pointe is clean. I was told during two tours that my cost would be [Amount Removed] as a second person. They did not tell me that when[Name Removed] entered memory care that I would be charged the regular fee. So, expecting my bill for February to be[Amount Removed], I received a bill for over [Amount Removed]. for two weeks…

The maintenance workers are working constantly to maintain the yards and are prompt to repair any problems. The kitchen staff are friendly and helpful. It would help if they had a map of all of the Cascade facilities. My cottage neighbors and inhabitants of the assisted living facility are very friendly and seem to care for one another. The food is not very good. I have noticed people leave a lot of food on their plate

Accommodating and caring

Just moved my Dad in two days ago, but so far so good. [name removed] was incredibly accommodating and helpful along the way. Helped from the very first day through the entire process, everything from to finding a hospital bed to the move itself. She is outstanding at her job and clearly enjoys it.

Excellent care facility

My mother was in a skilled nursing rehab facility 30 miles away. Another local home said I would have to arrange for the transport of her to them for evaluation before deciding to accept her. The Cascades sent 2 people the next day to my mother for evaluation & started the process to transport her here. It made a very stressful situation so much more manageable. Professional and Caring

My loved one was previously a resident at Cascades of Grants Pass- The Pointe and everything was great for her at this facility. The facility was always clean and things always appeared to be organized. I was always notified immediately when anything happened with my loved one. The staff was very helpful. Everything was great! Exceptionally Impressed Overall!

I am exceptionally impressed overall with the cleanliness and upkeep of the community. The staff and caregivers are exceptionally friendly and communicate well with the residents. I have witnessed first hand the residents participating in activities. My loved one also enjoys participating in the activities. The food is satisfactory. There are snacks, coffee, and juice available for the residents. I feel he is in a safe and secure and homey environment.
