CriticalBeing served food always took about an hour (you would think of would be more stream lined), [name removed] said the food was lukewarm, he was blind and we had a heck of a time getting them to cut his food so he could eat (there was more to the problems with them helping him as a blind person). As for the good, the staff was kind and pleasant

PositiveIt was very close to where my mom lives so it is easier for her to go see him and help. Mostly for location. I would recommend others. I do think the building needs some TLC, the carpeting in the common areas needs replaced. The rooms are updated some and that is nice. The staff are nice and take good care of our loved one. They were very helpful and moved quickly to place our loved one due to medical necessity for his wife.

PositiveFrom my father-in-law, he says the food could be served faster and could have more variety and maybe cooked better. Care has been good and he had a few incidents where he needed to be sent to the emergency room and they took care of it and notified us right away. It also seemed like they were careless when they cleaned her room & didn't seem to thoroughly clean her bathroom or vacuum every week. A few times they did wash her dishes, which was nice since it wasn't part of their scope of work. The public portions of the facility appeared a…

PositiveEveryone that we have interacted with has been very nice and helpful. They have added several activities that my Mom particularly enjoys like a painting class and crocheting class as well as some exercise classes. The meals are not consistent and mostly midline. Unfortunately cooks seem to change often. They keep the place reasonably clean but I've noticed the carpets could use a through deep cleaning. Overall a good place.
★★★★★
PositiveThey were very helpful and patient with my dad.
