Over all experience-3, cleanliness-2 I know it is hard but place spells like urine when you first walk in. Friendliness-5 everyone is very friendly and so helpful. Quality of care-3 could have lose that are incontinent go to bathroom every couple hours instead of just letting them sit there between meals. staff is fine-4. Food-4 get variety. Quality for money-4. This place is cheaper than most, still think all places are so expensive-3 Activities-5 there are a few people that are able to attend. Hard to find thing…

It was a very nice facility, the help was friendly. Real nice room that they was going to reserve for the two of us. One big problem. They didn't tell us up front that this is a private pay.once your money runs out, your out. No medicaid accepted. They told that fact to my grandson while I was in the bathroom. Later on our way home I ask my grandson if tour guide told him anything that we should know and that's when I found out about the no medicade. Excellent facility for memory care.

Cedar Creek was an excellent choice for my parents. They both received very good care and had opportunities for activities throughout the week.
