PositiveThe staff was good and pleasant...their lease terms and requirements are, in my opinion, a bit harsh...size of duplex is about what I was looking for...they don't have the activities like some other places but that wasn't a big part in my choice...they don't offer meals but I knew that coming in but you see that reflected in their monthly rent prices...neighbors are nice and it's relatively quiet here and I feel safe.

CriticalThe facilities and grounds are great, management has high turnover. Apartment size is nice, 900 square ft maybe, for a 1br. Activities are like bingo, potlucks, and get togethers at the clubhouse.

PositiveI never saw the staff or the care provided. There are no meals provided. The cost went up every year or less. If you got lots a money and can do everything for yourself, then yes I would recommend this community to other families. The do the lawn can and repairs on a schedule.

CriticalOverall experience was ok . The cleanliness was good and I keep my apartment clean myself. The Community Center is very clean and organized. The staff I am a bit uncertain how to rate them so I will just say they are ok. Activities are lacking as there is just about NO activities. There has been some changes in the personnel and only one person tries to get things going. There are no trips planned not much going on in this area. The fund for crafts are not available so crafts had to stop. You just cannot do crafts …

PositiveMy loved one is a resident at Cedar Springs and most everything has been great. However, it's always hard to get someone from the office on the phone. I feel like calls need to route to someone even if no one is physically at the office.
