★★★★★
PositiveI rate every category at a 5! I am so happy that A Place For Mom found this facility for my Mom. My Mom and my entire family are thrilled with the level of care provided.
★★★★★
Positive[Name Removed] was the host for our visit. We loved her approach and care before and during the entire experience. The place was bright and the people (both residents and staff)were very friendly and welcoming as we walked the hallways. We loved the food options and the flexibility with eating options. The building is close to shopping and other activities if you like to go. We highly recommend Cedarhurst.
★★★★★
PositiveThe facility is nicely decorated and feels like home. The apartments are a good size and up to date. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The common areas are tidy and clean. They treat the residents with compassion and care. The food seems to be better than average. When my mother was dying the staff was very attentive and kind to us as well. It is probably more expensive than many people can afford but I felt it was worth it. I felt comfortable leaving her in their care when I could not be there.
★★★★★
CriticalThey did not do laundry as often as they promised. My loved one dropped food on floor while eating and a day later it was still there. My loved one sat in a wet diaper. My loved one also laid on a bed with no sheets. Had we not lived close and checked often, God only knows the conditions. Sorry to say we would not recommend
★★★★★
PositiveGreat place. Great caring staff. Staff seem to enjoy working there. Facility is kept up and bright Our brother is up and active here whereas before he mostly just wanted to sleep. Staff seem to work hard to keep him active
★★★★★
PositiveMy loved one was previously a resident at The Enclave of East Louisville and overall her experience at this facility was pretty good overall. The activities were great. The friendliness, care services and value for cost were good. The cleanliness was okay. Some of the staff were very compassionate and others were just average.
