PositiveGreat place, good value!
I chose this facility because it was new, it smelled clean and everyone was friendly. I would tell others to do their own laundry.

PositivePositive experience. Our dad was being transferred from another home. It was a smooth transition and any requests we have made have been honored. It is a rather new community, very clean. Likes the food and variable on the times to eat.

PositiveI would highly recommend Cedarhurst of Frankfort to others. The staff did an awesome job of taking care of the residents, the food was very good, the move in process went well. The nurses always found time to discuss any new issues with the family. I felt that they took excellent care of my mom. Mom loved the crafts and the games. I feel that it was the absolute best place for her.

CriticalWe moved our loved ones out because they said they were not going to change anything - there is definitely room for improvement

The majority of the staff was very nice, especi…

PositiveOverall the staff are good and provide good care. I rated Meals and Dining rated at a 2 because they are short dining staff; wait service not consistent; food bland and boring, reminds me of a high school cafeteria; frequently run short of staples like milk, bread, etc; staff need supervision. Somewhat better in memory care, where my wife is. Activities - seems good but I don't participate often as they don't appeal to me. We have a majority populace of very elderly folks. Value for Cost - they just raised our rent…
