Well as I toured the facility, it was very nice. except for the Memory Care. It had a very strong bad odor, and I at once decided to myself, I wouldn't want my loved one or friend living in the Memory Care. Then my friend was assessed to live in assisted living there. She was not able to get up by herself, go to the bathroom without help, so she just sat in her lift chair not remembering how to lift it up, and couldn't get a drink of water or anything, just sat there till someone came and checked on her. Activity directors are great! The cleanliness of the room isn't always the greatest but then no one cleans like I do! Laundry is supposed to be done every Saturday but doesn't always happen. My husband then tries to do it but not very well.....Food is ok. Bistro used to have sandwiches, but now just pudding, cookies, yogurt, etc.... overall it's been good and everyone is very nice that works there.

I have no concerns at all. The facility is clean as is her room. I can't speak regarding activities as it is usually late afternoon when I get there and they are preparing for dinner. The caregivers appear to be very caring even when my sister becomes difficult. At least that's my observation when I'm there. One thing I particularly appreciate is that when the regular meal is not to her liking, they will will prepare her a separate meal containing those things she likes.

The community is beautifully decorated! It has beautiful landscaping. Will does a great job with all different kinds of activities for the residents. The receptionists are so kind and helpful! Things to improve: administrative personnel more friendly to family members. A lot of times they walk by without speaking. Biggest complaint: the food, the chef , the wait staff!
