★★★★★
PositiveWonderful place was very pleased with facility. Only reason I did not choose Richmond Place was cost was more than a similair facility and I have to be a good steward of my Aunts funds and it was significantly enough that I chose the other senior living.
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff care, but are often slow to respond to patient calls (30+min). The food is good, but not kept warm if brought to patients room. Room size is quite sufficient.

One morning when I visited, they were having a very nice musical program. They pay attention to small but important details, …

PositiveEveryone is so nice and pleasant to us and my Mom. Excellent customer service. My mom loves the food and she is eating better than ever. They also have activities you can participate or not.
