It's a large community & can be overwhelming to some people. They have high acuity residents that require total care & it's hard for the care assistants to keep up with their team. My mom has noise intolerance & the dining room can be very noisy. They encourage activities but she doesn't like to be around a lot of people & noise. The food is good most of the time.
