Our experience of this facility was disastrous. My father did not receive the care that he needed and what agreed upon. Then they did a dumping discharge.

They are very nice and helpful with my mom needs, they seem short staffed but do there best and have great activities everyone is very nice and helpful.

Most all of the staff is very friendly and they do have a new activity director who keeps everyone engaged. They could improv on the quality of care by hiring and retention of staff. There are occasionally gaps in communication between the staff and the family members.

CriticalBeautiful, clean place but average care.
My mother actually passed away right before Christmas. They handled that very poorly. Towards end of COVID severity, staffing became a revolving door with the exception of the marketing director. Communication was never wonderful but with staff continually changing, it was chaotic to say the least. Messages did not get passed along. Maybe I didn't develop the proper rapport, but management was usually unavailable whenever I was there!

Giving overall experience a 4 only because I'm giving quality of care and value for cost 4's. Quality of care - Have noticed my mom wears the same clothes several days in a row and was told by a relative that she smelled on one occasion. Not sure if it's the staffs duty to see that she's bathing and washing her clothes but for what we are paying, I think they should do that. Value for cost - giving it a 4 only because it is very expensive. I'm sure my mom will run out of money before she passes away. Because they …
