I recommend celebration villas.

I find the staff so kind and helpful, but I can't always find the nurse when I need her. The food is better with the new staff in the dining room. I'm not sure of the portions.

I know he likes the food a lot. A negative is not a good smell of the place. They are redecorating so maybe it will get better. He says when he calls for help it takes them a while to get to him. He gets in moods where he wants to leave. But I don't know that might be just him being difficult. The rooms are ok. Nothing great but ok. He is supposed to be getting highest level of care so it's very expensive. We still have to arrange all of his dr appointment and transportation. I think they should be doing that

Overall, it was a nice place, but I’m very concerned about the nursing care

My ex-husband lived there for many years and I would visit him on a regular basis, which is something I suggest people do to go on a regular basis when you’re not expected. Overall, my ex was taking good care of even as his dementia worsened and he had to wear diapers. He would break out in rashes a lot, and I never really seem to be able to get good answers why that was happening and in fact, that’s my only concern. Lack of care and communication

The only person that was good and cared was the head nurse [Name Removed]. She was wonderful. The sales team was great till we signed the contract and then they wouldn't even return my emails or calls same with the management team. I did not feel comfort there for my father. The day he went into the hospital no one even knew, the physical therapist was with him and my son was there as well. They saw him in bad shape and called the ambulance. He later passed away in about two weeks.

The staff and residents are what made it such a positive experience. Room size is great. Food could be better.

We visited this facility for our father. He is in need of a lot of care and this place seems to be able to deliver. We moved him in today so we will see. The transition went very well and the staff was very welcoming. It is being renovated so it’s a little bit of a mess right now but when it’s complete it will be very nice. We had dinner with him in the dining room and he liked the food very much. The staff in the dining room were very pleasant as well. So far so good.
