Everyone is very pleasant and work very hard to take care of the residents! The community is clean and food is delicious. It is very easy to get answers to the questions we have regarding moms care.

The breakfast is a 5 but the other meals would be rated a 4. For the activities they are trying but I think they try to fill the calendar with many listed at activities each day with low attendance. I think less activities but with more to them would have better turnout and be what the older population needs. They are trying though. Communication is good sometimes and not so good others. Their accessible van was out of service and then the shop delayed the repair but they didn't update families, just said it was in…

We have since removed her from this facility. The staff is nice but several times we went and they were all sitting in the common area and my mother in law was sitting soiled or had dirty clothes on. I can certainly understand this happening every now and then but it was almost every time.

Our loved one first started out on the Assisted Living section and that was great in every way. Even though the assisted living section was very nice, I will never recommend them because most residents progress to memory care and moving them to a new facility is too difficult.

The air conditioning did not work in the patient rooms while my loved one was staying there. An employee informed me that it wasn't a recent issue, (that it hasn't worked in the past year), although you could go into the director's office, and it was nice and cool. Remodeling was taking place with fumes from the glue being used so strong you could not breathe. Patients were forced into common areas and told to stay there all day. My loved one was found sitting in a wheelchair and soaked clear through her clothing.…
