Celebration Villa of West Palm Beach

A bit disappointed

Everything was great in the beginning. Once my uncle was moved in, we didn't get the $500 move in credit, rent is taken out on random days throughout the month and the finance department is IMPOSSIBLE to reach despite numerous voicemails. My uncle was recently admitted to the hospital after a heart attack and no one from Celebration Villa even contacted us.

It is independent living only safety feature is a cord you pull in the morning so that office staff know you are alright. Other than that no other assistance is provided to check on the resident in their room. The residents do have transportation for doctor's appointments and shopping on certain days.

Good value

Very well priced for value. Very nice social offerings and big apartments. Staff is upbeat, care is good. Took 1 point away bc administration seems a bit disorganized as they transitioned to new ownership.

Great staff Apartments are huge Really liked the overall experience Amenities are good Nurse practitioner excellent Seems like it is priced correctly as it is an older facility but complete Only wish they had a doctor that comes in weekly

Review for Celebration Villa of West Palm Beach

The people there were extremely nice and tried to accommodate us, unfortunately in the end they were not able to. The buildings farther back into the development needed updating. The grounds themselves looked very well kept. I was not impressed at all with the dining / arts & crafts room they had in the individual buildings (at least not the one we were shown) there was a person sleeping in a wheelchair all alone in that dining room. The main area was very nice and looked updated.

Our family's experience

[name removed] is very responsive and he made the move in process pretty quick and painless. But the finance office is not responsive at all and we've had some maintenance issues.
