Staff is nice but room was not clean

Staff was very nice. The room always looked dirty. It never looked vacuumed, there was always bits of food and trash on the floor. The shower actually had a black footprint on the floor. Behind the closed toilet seat was an accumulation of hair and dirt. In her closet instead of using one of her two laundry baskets they put her soiled clothes that smelled like urine on the top shelf. I could go on and on about how dirty the room always was.

Smaller facility, very personal Great supportive staff I would recommend to others

We met with the director, [Name Removed] first and asked our questions. Wendy was able to to help us understand living in a personal care facility. We toured the community, met with some residents. The place is very clean. We are looking more an apartment type setting.

Negative - There has been A LOT of staff turnover since S[Date Removed]Executive Director, Nursing Supervisor, Marketing Director, and Activities Director were all new at that time. As of[Date Removed], all of them had been let go (two people)or resigned (two people) despite the residents/families loving them. A good place for mom or dad

I like Celebration Villa, but they are working through some staffing issues. They just got a new head nurse, a new activities director and the director of the facility just left. [name removed] is the best person there!

I found Celebration Villa to be pleasant and inviting. We are seeking Senior Living for my sister-in-law. She enjoyed our visit, the tour and visit with . We liked the Studio apartment size and all the amenities. Thank you.
