Anonymous Overall a nice community

My review is solely based on this Certus, so I do not have another facility to compare. This past year Certus has gone through changes in personnel. To me it has been up and down. I hope things will stabilize more. With all this said, I am thankful that my mom is at Certus.

Great place for those with Alzheimer's Disease/ Dementia. Staff cares about the residents and their families. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a place fit their loved one !!!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Can be a little difficult to get in after hours but I guess that's a good thing for knowing your loved one is safe. I think the greatest opportunity to help keep family involved is to have a medical portal so the appropriate family can know what's going on and any medication changes.

CERTUS was wonderful for my husbands respite

My husband who has Alzheimer’s stayed for six nights at CERTUS for respite and it was a great experience for me. They posted pictures every day to an app so I could see the activities he was partaking in. I would definitely like to return again.

CERTUS Review

Certus is the right place for dementia impaired individuals. The staff are caring. They know each resident and their needs. The facility has PT/OT partner on site who work with the resident helping them with strength and balance. The Certus facility is designed specifically for memory impaired individuals from specific colors, flooring that is unique that helps with stability and even with type of food.
