Wonderful Community

The staff is very attentive, friendly and caring. My sister is very content and happy there. Also, I am always notified if anything should change or happen. Yes, I would recommend CERTUS.

We moved Dad to CERTUS early January. It has taken some time for him to accept the new surroundings and to begin joining in to the activities. Dad has adapted to the schedule CERTUS keeps. He gets three meals a day but more importantly he sits with the same people at every meal thus ensuring him familiarity he needs. The staff are attentive and do their best to supply any needed assistance. We have had an opportunity to work with the medical staff. They are helpful, quick and kind. The team that engages the res…

Nice open floor plan. Many residents out in the common areas. Lunch in one of the dining rooms was enjoyable. The daily schedule of activities is full of activities that help the residents keep their minds working. Overall we are pleased with this facility and look forward to moving my father in.

It's a little pricey but so worth it. It's a beautiful and wonderful community. The staff there are so wonderful and caring. And it's very secure.

I recently visited Certus Vero Beach on my search for a memory care community for my mother. I met with [name removed], who was awesome! The staff was very friendly and residents all looked happy and well cared for. I was impressed with the attention to detail, from the floor coverings, paint colors, cleanliness, amenities, etc. - all keeping in mind the safety and memory care needs of the residents. Best Vero Beach option!

Cleanliness of the facility: 54??, The lobby and offices, as well as the town center is always spotless. They could do a better job in the bedrooms. Friendliness: 5??, 99% of the staff are incredibly nice and very thoughtful. Quality of care: 4??, I never really worry about the care they provide. Administrative staff: Maybe 4.5??, everybody's very nice. Most things are taken care of quickly, but some things do fall through the cracks.
