PositiveCharlotte's Home was wonderful, and [name removed] and A Place for Mom was a much needed resource in a very bad time - you all saved us. I'm sorry I didn't get the chance to talk with [name removed] more, we were barely in survival mode. Charlotte's Home took good care of my dad, and for someone who liked to be alone, he became close with the people that worked there.
★★★★★
PositiveThey do not have enough staff members and the turnover of the staff is very fast. Overall cleanliness also needs to be improved, especially in the bathrooms. It all has to do with the staffing, but [name removed] was very nice.
★★★★★
PositiveMy husband was there less than 1 month when covid rules went into effect. During lock down they worked with me to face time but my husband did not response well. When I was allowed to visit we could visit outside the home on porch. They kept in touch with me throughout. In the end they worked closely with hospice to transfer my husband to [community name removed] where I could spend his final days with him.
★★★★★
PositiveWe really liked Charlotte's Home and the fact that it was an actual house. The location was just a little further away than we would have liked and she would have had to share a room which we did not think she would like.
★★★★★
PositiveWe chose Charlotte's Home because of the value for the money and it was a smaller group home and met all of my moms needs. They were great with communication, they always took my phone calls and helped me communicate with my mom. The caregivers would let me face time her on their own personal cell phones. I would recommend them to others who are looking.
★★★★★
PositiveThe care here for my mom is excellent. The staff are nice and caring. The community is clean and they offer a nice variety of healthy meals. This is a very caring community for all the residents with a good atmosphere. We would recommend others families to this community for the good value and care for a loved one .
