CSM is a magical place. I’m a long time visitor and I have seen how residents blossom and thrive at Charlotte. There is a welcoming feeling from the time you walk through the front door and everyone is always included. The staff and residents are friendly and kind. They truly care. The management team goes above and beyond to make sure residents are safe, happy and LOVED.

This is far from an instututional setting. Light-coloured walls and home-style furnishings, an aquarium, a few common areas, an activity room that's constantly buzzing with events. We just went to the 2026 Summerfest. All the residents were out enjoying the sun and activities. Stuff like this goes on several times a year. Trick-or-treaters at Halloween. PositiveIf you can't be at home, this is the next best thing
My dad moved into Charlotte Stephenson Home this past Spring. The staff has been remarkable and go over and beyond to make the transition as smooth as possible. Being able to bring in items for home such as furniture, pictures for the walls and other necessities has made the transition even more enjoyable. The staff works very hard to make sure everyone is looked after and is comfortable. The activites they do are well planned and fun!
