Misleading and Understaffed

I strongly recommend that any new family who is considering placing your love one in this facility to do your due diligence. I thought I asked the right questions at the time and felt that this would be a great fit for my dad and was provided assurance that his needs would be met. I asked about ratio to staff and resident. Loved one is thriving

My grandmother is really thriving there! The staff really do pay attention and do all they can to help.

Raise the Standard

There are a few great caregivers at Charter Senior Living. However, this place is one big health crisis. Just this year alone, they have had a bed bugs and scabies outbreak. If you didn't already know, scabies is a parasite that embeds itself in your skin and leads to an unbearable amount of itching. Residents hardly ever leave the facility and unfortunately most family do not visit enough, so these issues are most likely coming from the worker(s).
