★★★★★
PositiveEveryone was so nice. Place was so clean and smelled so good. I loved the room sized. I was very impressed so I chose Charter Senior Living for my Dad
★★★★★
PositiveThey could maybe have more actives but sure they doing best they can and we would recommend the community to other families.
★★★★★
CriticalIt is my Aunt in Charter Senior Living. The facility is nice but there seems to be much turnover there which is concerning. My Aunt is comfortable as much as one can be not living at home. I have relatives in Hopkinsville who regularly visit and oversee her care since I am in Louisville.
★★★★★
PositiveThe experience was great. But the paperwork to finalize the move is not for the faint of heart. The staff is great. Very caring. My only complaint is that the facility doesn't provide transportation in the evening.
★★★★★
PositiveI want to add that my mother was not a candidate for assisted-living. The person that evaluated her before her moving in did not evaluate her correctly. She actually needed more assistance than she was evaluated at her number scale. So I would have to write them a four. All of the CNA's were awesome, but my mom required a lot of attention. For someone with a walker in the condition that my mother was in, she was not able to make it to the dining room. Otherwise, everyone was friendly and appeared to care.
★★★★★
PositiveThe facility was new and close to our house. Make sure you ask how they judge the care given.
