PositiveOur experience
The facility was short handed a lot. Didn't really have time to clean rooms as they should. I think Mom liked it ok she never really complained. being short handed hurt them some but they had some good employees. It took a couple of months to get her deposit back. I had to contact home office several times. The administrator was not that cooperative. A lot of residents left when a new charter home came in town but I understand they had same problems. Mom passed before the charter home came in.

My family could not move forward due to financial reasons. I would recommend this place to anyone just because of his willingness to help find affordable places that accept Medicare. I felt the need to make this review to help others.

My loved one is a resident at The Neighborhood at Hopkinsville and the overall experience has been just okay. The food is not good. Most of the staff is not great. If I could, I would move my loved one. However, for several reasons, I cannot.
